Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; cancelling stops future payments. If a renewal charged you by mistake, ask within 14 days of that payment and we'll refund it.

How to request a refund

Paddle.com is our reseller and the Merchant of Record for every order, so refunds are paid out by Paddle. You can request one through the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by emailing us at ackibar@gmail.com with the email address you bought with. The money goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
