These terms cover your use of CherryTake: the downloadable software plugin, its licence service, and this website (cherrytake.com). CherryTake is developed and sold by Ahmet Can Kibar, Türkiye ("we", "us"). "You" is the person or organisation using the plugin or holding a licence. By installing the plugin or completing a purchase you agree to these terms.
1. The product
CherryTake is software you download from this website and install as a panel in Adobe Premiere Pro on macOS. It contains four tools: Remove Silence, Rhythm, Captions and Storyteller. Silence detection, beat detection and transcription run on your computer. Storyteller sends the text of your transcript to a cloud AI service to plan an edit; your audio and video are never uploaded.
Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe Inc. CherryTake is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe. You need your own licensed copy of Premiere Pro.
2. Ordering and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms.
Basic and Pro are subscriptions billed monthly. Prices on this site are in US dollars; Paddle may show a local price and adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and your licence stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Free trial
New users can try every tool for 14 days without a payment card, one trial per computer. When the trial ends, the paid tools stay locked until you activate a licence.
4. Licence
A purchase gives you a licence key tied to your email address. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use CherryTake on the number of computers your plan allows (Basic: 1, Pro: 2) while your subscription is active. You can deactivate a computer from the plugin to move the licence to another one.
The plugin checks the licence with our server from time to time. If it cannot reach the server it keeps working offline for a limited grace period.
Storyteller uses a cloud AI service and includes a monthly usage allowance, shown in the plugin.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't share, resell or publish licence keys.
- Don't reverse-engineer the plugin or bypass its licence checks, except where the law allows it.
- Don't use the plugin, the licence service or this site in a way that disrupts them for others.
6. Your content
Everything you create with CherryTake — cuts, markers, captions, transcripts and exported video — belongs to you. CherryTake, its code and this website belong to us.
7. Warranty and liability
CherryTake is provided "as is". Automated edits and transcripts can contain mistakes, so review them before you deliver a project. To the extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for CherryTake in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The new version is posted here with a new date. If you keep using CherryTake after a change, the new terms apply.
